We here at Optiquatics try to make our workshops different. We tailor them for each and every individual so that no workshop is the same as any other and no participant gets the same "canned" information every time. Take a workshop more than once and you will see what we mean. To do this, however, means that we require your participation from the very beginning. We need information from you, about you and what you want to accomplish.

Unfortunately, the only way we know to do this is to have you fill out the following forms. Now, we know that filling out forms is a pain, we do need the information. Our trips and classes are usually multi-day events that need a little more planning and organization than what you may be used to. And since we want to do more for you, we want to know what you know - your experience, interest level, and equipment needs all provide us with valuable information to serve you better during your time with us!
